Franchising can be a powerful way to achieve business success, but it also comes with significant commitments and legal obligations. Before you sign any franchise agreement, it’s critical to understand exactly what you’re getting into. A poorly drafted or misunderstood franchise agreement could cost you thousands or lead to disputes down the road.
At Aventus Legal, we specialise in franchise law. Our $2000 fixed-price Franchise Legal Review gives you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your legal rights, obligations, and opportunities. We’ll provide you with expert advice to ensure your franchise documentation works for you, not against you.
At Aventus Legal, we pride ourselves on delivering clear, practical advice that empowers you to make informed decisions. For just $2000 (inclusive of GST), you’ll receive:
Avoid Costly Mistakes: Franchising can be complex, and many franchisees find themselves locked into agreements with unfair terms, unexpected fees, or unrealistic performance requirements. Our legal review will help you identify any risks before they become costly problems.
Understand Your Obligations: Franchise agreements can contain obligations that affect your business in significant ways—from how you run your operations to your marketing responsibilities and even restrictions on selling your business. We’ll make sure you understand exactly what’s required of you.
Negotiate Better Terms: Most franchise agreements are negotiable, but you need to know what to ask for. Our tailored advice will highlight key points you can negotiate to get a better deal, whether it's a reduction in fees, more favourable terms, or clearer territory rights.
Ensure Legal Compliance: Franchise agreements must comply with the Franchising Code of Conduct and other relevant laws in Australia. We’ll confirm that your agreement aligns with legal standards, protecting you from regulatory issues and disputes with the franchisor.
Gain Peace of Mind: Entering a franchise is a big decision, and having expert legal advice can help you move forward with confidence. Our review will ensure you’re fully informed, allowing you to make the best decision for your future.
Confidence: Make informed decisions, knowing you’ve done everything to protect your interests.
